| We had a super chill ride today, almost all downhill, on a cool river trail, with some surprise snack stops. |

| MY DAD CAME TO VISIT! And he got up early and drove me to the spot where I had to bail on yesterday's ride so that I could finish it before starting today's. My Dad is the best dad of all the dads. |

| The Whole Foods in Basalt provided us with a snack stop! Yum! |

| The majority of today's ride was on the Rio Grande Rail-to-Trail along the Colorado River. I very much enjoyed being off the road, riding to the sound of the water. |

The Catty Corner: Starkey and company attempted a naked mile today. It was interrupted by a family of four.
